Return Eligibility You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- The item was not marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Downloadable or digital products (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our support team at info@primeevoke.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item (required for damaged or defective claims)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Prime Evoke will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@primeevoke.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
